Job Summary: Serve as a technical reference for heavy vehicle operation, training drivers and supporting the team in continuously improving operational performance. Key Highlights: 1. Technical reference in heavy vehicle and Rodotrem driving 2. Conducting practical driving and safety training 3. Supporting the team in telematics data interpretation and goal achievement **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Serve as a technical reference for heavy vehicle operation, including the Rodotrem segment (driver's license category AE). Deliver hands-on, on-site training focused on safe, economical, and best-practice driving techniques. Support the driver team in interpreting telematics data and guiding them toward achieving performance targets. Monitor and support team performance with critical analysis and a continuous improvement mindset. Directly resolve transportation operation-related issues. **REQUIREMENTS:** Proven experience as a Master Driver operating heavy-duty fleets and Rodotrem vehicles. Valid and up-to-date driver's license category AE. Current MOPP certification. Familiarity with telematics systems and indicators of economical driving. Willingness to travel. Preferred: Knowledge of routes across different regions of Brazil. Preferred: Proficiency in Excel. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; however, flexibility is required for travel (30 to 45 days) and for conducting training en route, aligned with drivers' working hours. **BENEFITS:** Salary between R$ 4.500,00 and R$ 6.500,00.
