Focus on improving financial processes and internal controls **Description:** IGHER Consulting is conducting a selection process for a Financial Analyst position, with on-site work in Belo Horizonte/MG, at one of our clients. We seek professionals with an analytical profile, strong organizational skills, focus on KPIs, and results orientation, who wish to contribute with strategic analyses and support the evolution of the finance department while growing alongside the company. **Responsibilities:** * Perform all accounts payable entries; * Conduct bank reconciliations for accounts payable; * Enter financial data into the system, ensuring accuracy and traceability of information; * Support and monitor accounts payable control; * Organize and validate financial documentation (invoices, bills, contracts, and receipts); * Prepare managerial financial reports (cash flow, delinquency, payment accuracy); * Contribute to improvements in financial processes and internal controls. **Prerequisites:** **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. **Technical Competence:** Prior experience in administrative or financial roles; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas and spreadsheet organization); familiarity with banking systems and transfers (PIX, TED, and bank slips). **Notes:** * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday) * Competitive market salary + Transportation Allowance
