




Job Summary: Administrative support professional responsible for scheduling, meeting organization, project tracking, deadline control, report preparation, and internal/external communication management. Coordination and alignment with internal departments and suppliers * Plan and maintain **schedules** (executives, meeting rooms, participants, conflicts, travel). * **Organize meetings**: agendas, invitations, materials, minutes, follow-up, and decision records. * **Track small projects** (simple scope): timeline, responsible parties, status, and risks. * Control **pending items and deadlines** (checklists, kanban, reminders, and SLAs). * Prepare **executive reports and presentations** (summaries, KPIs, next steps). * **Filter requests** from email/channels, prioritizing by urgency/impact. * Support **travel/visits**: logistics, budgeting, and simple reimbursements. * Maintain standardized **documents and folders** (templates, versions, permissions). * Serve as **liaison** with internal departments/suppliers; ensure alignment and timely feedback to requesters.
