A Recruitment and Selection consulting firm is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Luís Eduardo Magalhães (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and lead the Human Resources team, including the Personnel Department and SESMT, managing the area’s subsystems. Ensure implementation and updating of Human Resources policies, proposing process and procedure improvements when necessary. Oversee and participate in Recruitment and Selection processes, especially conducting interviews and assessments of final candidates. Coordinate labor-related and personnel administration routines, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Develop, monitor, and report HR metrics to support leadership decision-making. Strengthen organizational culture, internal climate, and best practices in people management. Previous experience as Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, Senior Human Resources Analyst, or People Management Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
