Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring spaces, controlling assets, inventorying goods, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Asset and space control and organization. 2. Support for administrative and tax-related tasks. 3. Ensuring departmental procedures and goals. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\) Monitor warehouses and storage areas, and track asset movement to ensure asset control and space organization. 2\) Inventory fixed physical assets to implement Asset Control. 3\) Monitor the Weighing Control of Surplus and Waste. 4\) Support customer registration, service invoice issuance, and service invoice entry into the Fiscal Book. 5\) Perform other related professional activities inherent to the position, as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. 6\) Ensure compliance with all departmental procedures and goals. **REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma completed.
