Responsible for analyzing, structuring, and preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating information gathering from technical, procurement, and commercial departments, ensuring documentary compliance, proposal competitiveness, and adherence to deadlines, thereby contributing to the success of Grupo Setta’s commercial strategies. * Analyze tender documents, specifications, and terms of reference to identify requirements, constraints, and opportunities, guiding the preparation of compliant and competitive proposals. * Collect necessary technical, commercial, and administrative data and documents for proposal preparation using internal systems and checklists, ensuring completeness and compliance of information. * Structure cost sheets, schedules, and supporting documents by applying established templates and methodologies to ensure accuracy and standardization in proposals. * Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, integrating inputs from various departments to meet client requirements and maximize success probability. * Maintain updated proposal-related files, internal controls, and performance indicators using digital tools to ensure traceability and facilitate audits. * Interface with technical, procurement, and commercial departments to promote efficient communication and alignment of information for proposal preparation. * Develop reports, comparative charts, and presentations using data analysis and visualization tools to support strategic decision-making by responsible personnel. * Meet and monitor established proposal submission deadlines, anticipate potential obstacles, and report risks to responsible personnel. * Conduct detailed verification of documents and information included in proposals, applying internal quality standards to minimize non-compliance risks. * Monitor and support preparation of qualification documentation for bidding processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and client requirements. * Draft clarifications and responses to client inquiries, promoting transparency and precision in communications. * Alert responsible personnel to any inconsistencies, uncertainties, or risks identified during tender analysis and proposal preparation, proposing solutions to mitigate deficiencies. * Contribute to continuous process improvement by suggesting adjustments to templates, workflows, and controls to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables. * Adhere to Grupo Setta’s compliance policy, ensuring all activities comply with the company’s ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines, promoting integrity and transparency in commercial processes.
