Employee training and development **About the Position** We are seeking professionals to supervise infrastructure activities on construction sites, leading teams to achieve targets for quality, productivity, and cost, in accordance with established planning timelines. The role involves monitoring field service execution, ensuring adherence to procedures, operational safety, and reinforcement of company culture. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with current procedures and project specifications; * Plan, monitor, and inspect infrastructure services; * Monitor the execution of tasks by in-house and outsourced teams; * Train teams and manage the employee training matrix; * Conduct service measurements and monitor performance indicators; * Coordinate inspections by agencies such as Caixa, Compesa, CPRH, Municipal Government, and Neoenergia; * Request and track material deliveries; * Supervise surveying services and conduct 5S and safety patrols; * Plan activities, manage frontline budgets, and provide feedback to team members. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Building Construction, Sanitation, or Road Engineering; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. **Preferred Qualifications** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Day off; * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); * Education incentive; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from the Instituto PIPA.
