Together, we always deliver our best. ***Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate pharmacy services and staff to ensure standardization of routines across all processes related to the medication supply chain, focusing on quality and safety in patient care, and promoting the rational use of medications through pharmaceutical care and clinical pharmacy services; * Manage the team of pharmacists and operational staff, guiding procedures to be performed, and providing technical training and capacity building; * Develop, implement, and evaluate work processes, quality indicators, and goals for pharmacy teams; * Serve as the technical representative of the institution before the Regional Pharmacy Council and local Health Surveillance authorities to comply with current health legislation and corporate guidelines; * Coordinate the pharmacy team at the Hospital Unit and Affiliated Units (UH and DB), requesting monthly reports documenting completion of assigned activities; * Lead the selection of professionals to join the pharmacy teams at the Hospital Unit and Affiliated Units (Hospitalar and Dom Bosco); * Propose clinical and administrative performance indicators focused on developing and enhancing pharmacy-related activities; * Promote integration between the pharmacy service and hospital teams and various departments; * Ensure effective control of inventory levels and medication expiration dates, as well as health products, sanitizers, supplies, and raw materials at the Hospital Unit and Affiliated Units (UH and DB); * Develop and implement improvement initiatives in the area, covering routines, equipment, materials, diverse resources, physical infrastructure, among others; * Guarantee patient care flow to enhance quality and comfort in service delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement and bringing them to discussions with relevant directorates and management teams; * Lead quality processes according to JCI standards, specifically Chapter MMU and IPSG 3, deploying and interfacing with other hospital departments; * Respond to corporate indicator results for Clinical Pharmacy and Logistics; * Conduct monthly inventory closing for the Hospital Unit and Affiliated Units (UH and DB); * Manage the OPME Center — Orthoses, Prostheses, and Specialized Materials (pre- and post-authorization); * Manage and deliver corporate indicators for the Surgical Line; * Coordinate rotating inventories across the entire stock of the Hospital Unit and Affiliated Units (UH and DB); * Coordinate the medication production chain for Chemotherapy and Immunobiologics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Specialization in Hospital Management, Clinical Pharmacy, and/or Oncology (preferred); * Knowledge of hospital materials and medications; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Experience in Hospital and/or Clinical Pharmacy.  * **Additional Information** Location: Pernambuco Work Model: On-site It is by caring for our people that we will become the healthcare system people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher/Meal Allowance or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Career and Development Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and Crescer Program; * Others: Transportation Voucher. **Only Rede Américas offers—the Health Program, based on 5 pillars:** * Spiritual: yoga, meditation, and mindfulness; * Physical: Totalpass, primary care clinic, discounts on exams and vaccines, Acolhe Trans Program, Gestar Program, and Mais Leve Program; * Relational: UAU Benefits Club, SESC benefits; * Emotional: Telepsychology, Parent Support Group, and TEA Support Network — STOP Program: Support for victims of domestic violence and harassment. * **Benefits may vary depending on the job location and brand.** We are Rede Américas, **a multiplatform healthcare assistance network**, committed to delivering comprehensive, precisely tailored care for health.
