Together, we always deliver our best. ***Important: we do not charge any fees during our selection processes.*** **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate pharmacy services and staff, aiming to ensure standardization of routines across all processes related to the pharmaceutical chain, focusing on quality and safety in patient care, promoting rational drug use through pharmaceutical care practices; * Manage teams of pharmacists and operational staff, providing guidance on procedures, technical training, and capacity building; * Develop, implement, and evaluate work processes, quality indicators, and team goals for the * pharmacy; * Serve as the technical representative of the institution before the Regional Pharmacy Council and local Health Surveillance agencies, ensuring compliance with current health regulations and corporate guidelines; * Coordinate the pharmacy team at the Hospital Unit and Affiliates UH and DB, requesting monthly reports detailing the completion of assigned activities; * Lead the selection of professionals to join the pharmacist teams at the hospital unit and affiliates (Hospitalar and Dom Bosco); * Propose clinical, administrative, and outcome indicators focused on developing and improving pharmacy-related activities; * Promote integration between the pharmacy department and other hospital teams and departments; * Ensure effective control over inventory and expiration dates of medications, health supplies, sanitizers, inputs, raw materials within the institution at the Hospital Unit and Affiliates UH and DB; * Develop and implement improvement actions in the area regarding routines, equipment, materials, various resources, physical layout, among others; * Guarantee patient service flow, aiming to enhance service quality and comfort, identifying improvement opportunities and bringing them to discussions with relevant directors and managers; * Lead quality processes according to JCI standards, specifically MMU chapter and IPSG 3, coordinating and interfacing with other hospital departments; * Respond to corporate performance indicators in clinical and logistics pharmacy; * Perform monthly inventory closing for the Hospital Unit and Affiliates UH and DB; * Manage the OPME Unit – Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials (pre- and post-authorization); * Manage and deliver corporate indicators for the Surgical Line; * Coordinate rotating inventories throughout the hospital unit and Affiliates UH and DB stock; * Coordinate the pharmaceutical production chain for Chemotherapy and Immunobiologicals. **Requirements and qualifications** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy completed; * Specialization in Hospital Management, Clinical Pharmacy, and/or Oncology (desirable); * Knowledge of Hospital Supplies and Medications; * Proficiency in Office suite; * Experience in Hospital and/or Clinical Pharmacy. \#LI\-LA1 **Additional information** Location: Pernambuco Work model: On-site By taking care of our people, we will become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs.
