S3 Health Management is looking for new talent to work as a **NURSING TECHNICIAN.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Carry out activities and actions within the scope of nursing technician competence in providing care to people living on the streets/substance users; * Participate in the process of territorialization and mapping of the area served by the Street Clinic; * Provide comprehensive health care and attention to the street population, promoting and supporting the welcoming of health service users, with the aim of facilitating access to Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS) and humanizing care; * Conduct active case-finding and mandatory notification of diseases and conditions requiring compulsory reporting, as well as other locally relevant health conditions and situations; * Participate in team planning and evaluation activities, based on available data; * Promote user and community mobilization and participation, aiming to effectively implement popular participation; * Discuss and contribute to the development of individualized therapeutic plans during team meetings; conduct home visits and visits to other care settings; carry out prevention, health education, and harm reduction activities related to SPA (Psychoactive Substance) abuse; Participate in educational processes, training initiatives, collective actions, and health surveillance activities focused on caring for the street population. * **Requirements and qualifications** * Nursing Technician qualification; * Active COREN registration; * Training in areas related to SUS (Brazil’s Unified Health System), SUAS (Unified Social Assistance System), Primary Care, and Psychosocial Care—alcohol and other drugs, human rights, and harm reduction; * Experience working in services under SUS, SUAS, and human rights frameworks, specifically serving street populations from a harm reduction perspective; * Experience participating in or acting within social movements related to mental health/alcohol and other drugs, the Street Population Movement, the Anti-Asylum Struggle/Harm Reduction Movement, the Black Movement, LGBT movement, feminism, etc; **Additional information** **Workload:** 30 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 1\.772,67 \+ 303,60 (hazard pay) S3 Health Management is a private, non-profit, socially oriented and inclusive institution, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, and qualified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across Brazil.
