Job Description: The laborer will be responsible for assisting the team with daily activities, providing operational support, organizing the work environment, and performing simple tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Responsibilities: Assist in organizing, cleaning, and general maintenance of the work environment. Transport, sort, and store materials as instructed. Support the team in performing operational tasks. Perform loading and unloading of materials when required. Keep tools and equipment clean and organized. Comply with safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Requirements: Completed or ongoing elementary education. Flexible availability for working hours. Physical stamina for tasks requiring physical effort. Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in this role.
