Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. \#CareerThatConnects \#PassionForCare \#IAmRedeAméricas **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct active database searches to identify eligible patients for clinical studies; * Monitor inpatient and outpatient clinical research patients and support clinical departments regarding clinical protocol requirements; * Conduct telephone interviews to assess clinical follow-up of patients enrolled in research; * Monitor deadlines and schedule appointments, exams, and other procedures required for research patients, ensuring compliance with the clinical protocol; * Supervise processes related to collection, processing, and shipment of biological samples abroad; * Maintain communication with clinical teams to obtain test results, reports, and medical consultations as stipulated in the clinical protocol; * Monitor and document clinical complications and adverse events experienced by patients in clinical research; * Provide support to investigator physicians upon request; * Support all other activities carried out at the Research and Training Center; * Guide scientific projects developed by healthcare professionals, residents, interns, and fellows; * Monitor residency, internship, and fellowship programs; * Participate in clinical meetings of care pathways; * Monitor, promote, and evaluate seminars held under nursing residency and internship programs; * Support researchers in scientific studies, assisting both in scientific project development and on the Plataforma Brasil system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree Desirable: 6 months’ experience in education and research. * **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** * Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite; * Specific knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines; * Familiarity with clinical research protocols; * Knowledge of clinical methodologies, study designs, randomization, blinding, etc.; * Data collection skills; * Understanding of regulatory approval processes; * Training facilitation skills. **Additional Information** Our care begins at home—delivering excellence to our people.
