Join us!** **Job Mission** Responsible for leading and coordinating the development of automotive programs, covering new products, engineering changes, and tooling updates. Acts as the technical and management interface between the company, customers (OEMs), and suppliers, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the project schedule (APQP / Project Timeline), ensuring milestone delivery aligned with product phases. * Conduct internal and customer-facing project review meetings. * Support tooling development activities: schedule tracking, try-outs, testing, and validations. * Control project scope, costs, and risks, proposing and implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Prepare and maintain status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. * Ensure execution and delivery of PPAP artifacts and technical dossiers (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, among others). * Coordinate product transfer to serial production. * Support customer audits and internal audits related to the program. **Desired Technical Knowledge** * Experience in automotive product development. * Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and 8D phases. * Experience in project management (PMBOK, Agile, etc.). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Familiarity with tooling, mold, or stamping projects is desirable. * Familiarity with automotive quality systems (IATF 16949, VDA). * Intermediate to advanced English (interaction with international customers). **Academic Qualification** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 10 years of experience in Automotive Product Engineering, including at least 5 years as a Program Manager. **Languages** * Fluent English. **Behavioral Skills** * Leadership and proactivity. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Organizational and time management skills. * Ability to perform under pressure in multidisciplinary environments. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * On-time delivery (Time-to-Market). * Delivery quality (PPM, rework rate). * Project cost adherence to budget. * Customer satisfaction (Scorecards). * Effectiveness in risk and change management. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
