Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for monitoring, operating and maintaining electrical installations, circuits and equipment such as generators, UPS systems, hydraulic pumps, distribution panels, electrical controls, emergency lighting systems, static paralleling switches and generator transfer switches * Responsible for conducting periodic equipment inspections, measuring consumption and performance of equipment/installations, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as technical supervision of third parties contracted to perform specialized maintenance services * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment according to activity schedules * Execute building electrical services such as wiring, outlet box assembly and circuit breakers, lamp replacement, electric motor and line filter replacement * Responsible for monitoring and operating air conditioning equipment and other mechanical operation devices such as various types of pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic (electromechanical and manual) valves, exhaust fans, ventilators, fire suppression hydraulic equipment, splits, fancoils, air-cooled self-contained units, water-cooled self-contained units, window air conditioners, cooling towers, ductwork, diffusers and related equipment * Responsible for unclogging toilets, sinks and drains, painting, locksmithing, cleaning, carpentry, carpet repairs, plumbing, installation of copper and PVC piping, roof maintenance, faucets, bidet showers, civil and hydraulic components in bathrooms and pantries, preparation and execution of painting, repairs and maintenance of modular ceilings and machinery and equipment, and furniture relocation * Assemble electrical control panels and switchboards * Responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on building installations, electrical appliances and equipment, following architectural plans, electrical schematics/diagrams, instructions and other specific documents * Develop actions to keep installations in good working condition and ensure safe working conditions * Be accountable for the asset management of items in the professional's possession * Ensure proper use of individual and collective safety equipment * Provide technical supervision of third-party contractors when required for specialized maintenance services **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or vocational training in electrical fields or related areas * Previous experience in building maintenance **LOCATION:** Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE **SCHEDULE:** 12x36 \- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM *JLL has a diverse and inclusive culture.
