




Job Summary: Contribute to operational and administrative activities while developing professional and behavioral skills in a corporate environment, in accordance with the Apprenticeship Law. Support in administrative and operational routines Contribute to the operational and administrative activities of the assigned department, developing professional and behavioral skills through practical experience in a corporate environment, in compliance with the Apprenticeship Law (Law No. 10\.097\/2000\). Assist in filing and organizing physical and digital documents; Help complete spreadsheets and administrative controls; Support telephone reception and routing of requests; Assist in support activities for departmental routines (procurement, HR, finance, maintenance, etc.); Perform document scanning and update records; Support office supply or other material inventory control and requisition; Participate in training and capacity-building programs offered by the company and/or partner institution; Adhere to scheduled hours and activities as stipulated in the apprenticeship agreement
