This includes redesigning workflows, managing recruitment platforms, developing candidate-matching and candidate-management solutions, and overseeing selection processes end-to-end—ensuring standardization, indicator analysis, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the redesign of the full selection workflow for leadership development programs; * Conduct critical analysis and redesign of the technological selection toolkit (platforms, integrations, automations, and indicators); * Manage selection products, ensuring governance, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment; * Design and structure the new candidate-matching and candidate-management product; * Oversee all leadership program selection processes, ensuring quality, standardization, and timely execution; * Serve as the liaison between the selection team and platform back-office teams; * Produce and monitor indicators, reports, and analyses to support decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree * Extensive experience in attraction and selection processes * Experience with selection platforms * Experience in project and product management **Desirable Differentiators:** * Experience in the public sector **We strongly encourage applications from Black individuals, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and individuals aged 50+** **Additional Information** **More Information:** **Employment Model:** CLT **Work Location:** Remote.
