Job Summary:
We are seeking an analytical, critical, dynamic, and curious individual to support asset and liability management by developing analyses and reports for treasury decision-making.

We seek a professional to support asset and liability management through information, analyses, and reports that contribute to decision-making within the Treasury areas of Sicredi Cooperative Bank.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage hedge accounting structures and support the development of documentation on this topic.
* Develop data visualizations based on qualitative analysis to support diagnostics and decision-making.
* Monitor actual and projected results of the institution's various portfolios.
* Monitor compliance with legal and managerial requirements related to treasury operations.
* Coordinate the creation of new treasury products.
* Propose alternatives to ensure optimization of results and adherence to the institution’s and affiliated cooperatives’ risk appetite statement limits.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Exact Sciences, or Economics;
* Intermediate knowledge of programming languages (SQL, SAS, Python, etc.) for data analysis;
* Solid knowledge of financial mathematics;
* Advanced Excel/VBA;
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
**Additional Information**
At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days remote. For Tech area positions, we adopt a fully remote model.
