The professional will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing information from systems, focusing on improving operational efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to the continuous innovation of our processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collect and process data from various internal and external sources related to logistics operations. * Analyze transportation performance data, inventory levels, delivery times, operational costs, and other relevant variables. * Create reports and dashboards with data visualizations to facilitate decision-making by managers and teams. * Support the logistics team in identifying improvement opportunities through detailed analyses. * Collaborate with other departments—such as IT, planning, and operations—to ensure data integrity and accuracy. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose actions to optimize logistics processes. * Maintain an updated and organized database, performing adjustments as needed to ensure information accessibility and accuracy. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Production Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Familiarity with programming languages is a plus. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Eagerness to learn and grow within a strategic area of the company. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in logistics or transportation companies. * Knowledge of databases and SQL. * Knowledge of process automation tools.
