**Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for contacting associates to schedule and monitor the installation of equipment in vehicles, ensuring prompt and organized service. Maintains constant communication with technicians to coordinate schedules, locations, and installation requirements, ensuring smooth operational progress. Also responsible for completing and updating control spreadsheets, recording service-related information and keeping data well-organized and easily accessible. Monitors open service requests, tracks deadlines, identifies potential pending items, and takes action to resolve issues, ensuring services are completed within the established timeframe.
