CLOSER SALES POSITION **Responsibilities** Contact and engage with qualified leads through various channels (phone, video conference, WhatsApp, email, etc.) Present commercial proposals, diagnose customer needs, and offer customized solutions. Maintain the CRM up to date, recording each interaction, follow-up, objections, and deal closure status. Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact through initial post-sale support—to ensure a positive customer experience. Work with clear sales targets and deadlines, report results, and participate in performance review meetings. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation. **Requirements** Proven experience in closing deals. Strong communication, persuasion, customer service, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections, perform under sales target pressure, and work proactively. Knowledge or interest in using CRM and AI tools. Education: High school diploma.
