Become Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission** You will join our **International Accounts Operations** team and directly contribute to building the area's operational intelligence—developing automations, ensuring accurate reconciliations, mapping processes, and creating dashboards that support a high-volume, high-performance international operation. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Mapping and documenting operational processes, identifying automation and improvement opportunities; * Developing end-to-end automations; * Building and maintaining operational dashboards and control panels; * Ensuring accuracy of financial reconciliations; * Creating and optimizing database queries; * Developing reports and KPIs that provide visibility into operations and internal stakeholders; * Interacting with vendors, partners, and international stakeholders to support area requirements; * Taking a leading role in the continuous evolution of the area's operational intelligence; **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Solid experience with SQL and Python for automation and data manipulation; * Experience with RPA for automation development; * Proven experience mapping and automating end-to-end processes; * Experience building operational dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); * Advanced English for communication with vendors and international stakeholders; * Senior profile with autonomy to manage the full cycle—from problem identification to solution delivery; * Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; **Preferred:** * Experience with Alteryx; * Experience in fintechs, digital banks, or international financial operations; * Knowledge of financial reconciliations and high-complexity operations; * Experience with APIs and system integrations. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance and Food Voucher * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended Parental Leave * Childcare/Babysitting Allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job Offer (Offer);
