Support for stores and franchisees: providing service and operational support for e-commerce routines. Billing follow-up: monitoring order flow to ensure correct processing and adherence to deadlines. Order integration management: tracking system updates and handling incidents. Closet (stores and DC) control: monitoring integrations, shipments, and potential inconsistencies. Item tracking: assisting in locating closets and orders in transit between units. Quality control: identifying and notifying stores that fail to meet established standards. SLA monitoring: tracking billing and DC cutoff indicators, with performance reporting. Change Seller management: initiating the process in cases of store inactivity or failure.
