Be VOWE!** **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and ensure compliance of maintenance records with internal standards and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, ensuring completeness and accuracy; * Organize, store, and archive all technical documentation and records related to maintenance activities—including inspection records, technical reports, work orders, and maintenance updates—ensuring accessibility and completeness; * Maintain up\-to\-date physical and digital archives of maintenance records; * Keep recordkeeping systems updated with information required for internal and external audits; * Monitor document inflow and outflow to ensure record integrity; * Track and ensure tasks are planned and performed within their due dates, in compliance with technical manuals, procedures, and management systems; * Support the management of inspection control charts, components, and airworthiness directives, in accordance with established due dates and criteria; * Ensure aircraft equipment and article models are included in the Operations Specifications and the Maintenance Organization’s Capability List; * Issue necessary technical documentation for maintenance task execution, in compliance with applicable standards and procedures; * Keep the APRS List updated. * Develop and implement improvements in maintenance record control processes, promoting efficiency and traceability of information; * Coordinate the organization and updating of the maintenance database, including monitoring component and inspection expiration deadlines; * Develop and update procedures to optimize the maintenance record management process; * Prepare performance reports and indicators to support efficient area management; * Conduct training and guidance for the team on SRM procedures and requirements; * Serve as the point of contact for audits and inspections, ensuring integrity and accuracy of documents provided to auditors; * Collaborate with maintenance technicians, inspectors, and engineers to ensure all documented activities and information align with applicable requirements and procedures; * Ensure compliance and submit relevant technical documentation to regulatory authorities; * Crew duty time control, mission cost tracking, correction and archiving of Logbooks; * Update AFM, checklists, and inspection forms; * Plan aircraft downtime according to inspection type; * Open and close Work Orders; * Support flight coordination regarding aircraft availability for mission execution; * Prepare and submit reports required by ANAC within specified periods. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Civil Aviation Management, Quality Management, Aircraft Maintenance, or related fields; * Knowledge of maintenance processes and aviation legislation is desirable. * Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Experience in technical documentation analysis and control is desirable; * Data analysis and report writing skills are desirable; * Technical English proficiency for understanding international documentation and standards. **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG \- On\-site.
