Your "day-to-day" * Providing specialized service to customers within the assigned route; * Prospecting new customers; * Negotiating overdue payments, product volumes, and other sales-related factors with both customers and internal teams; * Introducing new PMB brands; * Monitoring overall departmental reports, as well as monthly/annual targets and results; * Tracking deliveries and potential returns; * Operating electronic devices (applications related to product controls, point-of-sale monitoring, sales, route planning, credit deadlines and limits, etc.); * Building relationships with retailers and colleagues across teams and departments (Finance, Route, Trade, Distribution, among others); * Executing in-store visibility activities, product restocking, fixture maintenance, among others; * Assisting with e-commerce/chat tools for customer interaction; * Mapping opportunities and tracking competitor trends. What do you need to apply? * Completed high school education; * Valid, permanent, and unrestricted Brazilian driver's license (Category B) — a corporate vehicle will be provided as work equipment; * Professional experience in sales; * Knowledge/professional experience with various digital tools (Microsoft Office suite, email, corporate communication platforms — Microsoft Teams, sales-area applications); * Residency in Contagem, Betim, or Belo Horizonte (BH); * Availability for travel/customer service in Contagem, Betim, and BH; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:18 PM, plus at least one Saturday per month. What will make you stand out? * Professional experience serving the Tobacco and/or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sectors (Food, Beverages, Hygiene Products); * Experience in field sales, negotiations, target achievement, and monitoring commercial KPIs; * Professional experience working with or for distributors; * Intermediate Excel skills.
