Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Active registration with the Regional Council of Engineering; Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency; Proficiency in AutoCAD for project recognition and development; Work experience in maintenance of large-scale air conditioning equipment; * Responsible for ensuring the availability, quality standards, and reliability of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and installations, ventilation systems (exhaust and supply), elevators, medical compressed air plants, clinical vacuum plants, medical gases, natural gas and LPG plants, boilers, water heaters, steam distribution networks, pumps, industrial kitchen equipment, hoods, and other related systems; * Implement improvements and adaptations to facilities, develop new projects and ensure their integration, seek sustainable technologies, conduct equipment life-cycle studies, and formulate asset renewal plans; * Responsible for PMOC control (in accordance with Brazilian Ministry of Health regulations) for air conditioning systems, scheduling air quality analyses, evaluating technical reports, and implementing necessary corrective actions; * Procure materials and manage spare parts inventory; * Supervise the maintenance team with focus on reducing operational costs and consumption of resources (water, electricity, and natural gas); * Monitor service provider contracts, including scope definition and evaluation of service delivery efficiency; * Responsible for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of equipment, machinery, control panels, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and mechanical installations; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level as requested by the immediate supervisor. 2512170202551922563
