Job Responsibilities:
**IT and Telecom Technician** responsible for **implementing, configuring, and supporting corporate telephony systems**, ensuring high availability and service quality. The professional will serve customers **on-site, remotely, and in the field**, performing installation, maintenance, and specialized technical support.
Responsibilities:
Implement and configure IP telephony, VoIP, and PBX systems.
Perform testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on telephony equipment and software.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers.
Document procedures, configurations, and incidents.
Ensure compliance with quality and information security standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.

Requirements:
Experience with Grandstream, 3CX, Asterisk, Yealink, Yeastar, Alcatel\-Lucent, Cisco, and other telephony systems.
A valid driver's license (CNH) is considered a plus.
Minimum Education: Technical Course
Driver's License: Class B
