At Swissport, we are guided by our core values of Caring, Doing the Right Thing, and Winning as a Team, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals who align with these values to join our teams across various locations worldwide. **Job Summary** Provide all required and necessary services to passengers and customers.**Your Responsibilities** * Arrange reservations, issue tickets, handle baggage check-in and dispatch, perform passenger check-in, receive passengers and VIPs, and assist passengers with special needs (unaccompanied minors, physically disabled persons, etc.); * Handle passenger complaints; * Inspect and verify passenger documentation; * Issue boarding passes and rebook passengers affected by delays and cancellations; * Manage baggage processing and calculate applicable fees when necessary; * Direct passengers to customs, immigration, and quarantine as required; * Make announcements when required; * Assist Ramp Agents to ensure wheelchairs, baby strollers, and checked baggage (screened by security) are available for loading and delivery to passengers upon arrival; * Operate equipment such as jetways, computers, and reservation and ticketing software; * Provide all work-related documentation; * Immediately report all incidents, accidents, and personal injuries to your immediate supervisor or Swissport’s Safety Department, in accordance with Swissport’s Safety Management System (SMS); * Act and safeguard to ensure facilities and/or services provided are not used for unlawful interference against civil aviation; * Act in compliance with applicable laws, Swissport SOPs, and policies; * Perform other related duties as required. **Your Profile** * Customer focus * Communication skills * Commitment to continuous improvement * Attention to detail * Ability to work under adverse weather conditions * Flexibility to work different shifts * Numerical aptitude * Ability to follow processes and procedures * Ability to work under pressure and under adverse weather conditions **What We Offer** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Dental care plan * Life insurance * Educational assistance program At Swissport, we believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and the power of our values to drive our success.
