Come be part of our time. **Join Us!** Daily Responsibilities: * Assists in monitoring financial transactions, including accounts payable and/or receivable, performing entries in systems and completing control spreadsheets. Organizes physical and digital documents relevant to the department, such as remittances, invoices, bank slips, and contracts. Provides telephone support, sends and receives e\-mails, and supports departmental administrative routines. Also ensures the quality and reliability of information under their responsibility, among other duties inherent to the role. Required Qualifications: * Basic computer skills and Excel proficiency * Basic experience in general administrative roles What We Offer: * Starting Salary: BRL 1\.800,00 (increasing to BRL 1\.950,00 after 3 months, then to BRL 2\.150,00 after another 3 months\) * Working Hours: 8 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Thursday), 1 hour less on Friday * Benefits: Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance, Meal/Voucher Card, Health and Dental Plans, Birthday Bonus, Attendance Bonus, Totalpass, Wedding Gift, SESC, and partnership with a language school.
