Public Service: * Provide service to students, teachers, and guardians regarding academic matters; * Clarify questions about enrollment, curriculum schedules, class timetables, and institutional regulations. 2\. Support to Academic Coordination: * Assist in organizing meetings, academic events, and training sessions; * Assist in planning and monitoring academic schedules. 3\. Documentation and Process Management: * Archive and organize academic documents, such as academic transcripts and diplomas; * Maintain up-to-date academic records in the institution’s system; * Prepare and update administrative spreadsheets and reports. 4\. Attendance and Grade Control: * Support the entry and verification of grades and absences in the academic system; * Generate and organize academic reports for coordination and faculty. 5\.
