We seek an **Operational Supervisor** to ensure full functionality of the unit, maintaining service standards, organizational discipline, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operational routines of the VIP lounge * Lead and monitor the team (reception, kitchen, and general services) * Ensure service standards and customer experience * Monitor restocking of supplies and inventory control * Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal procedures * Support training and onboarding of new staff * Handle incident resolution and provide direct customer support * Report performance indicators and operational needs to management **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in operational leadership, preferably in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or airports * Experience managing teams and organizing work schedules * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Proactive, organized personality with a focus on problem resolution * Ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and thrive in dynamic environments **Work Schedule** * 6 days on / 1 day off, from 10:00 PM to 6:20 AM * Availability for weekends and holidays **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal allowance * Dental plan * Life insurance Employment type: Full-time Salary: R$3.000,00 \- R$3.500,00 per month Work location: On-site
