




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for food preparation, organization, control, and hygiene of food items and utensils, as well as compliance with regulations and assistance in various kitchen tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and assemble poke bowls 2. Maintain kitchen hygiene and organization 3. Monitor food quality and expiration dates **Kitchen Assistant for morning shift, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM** Responsibilities: · Preparation of ingredients (cutting, chopping, portioning, organizing, frying), · *Mise en place* of the condiment station, · Inventory control (what is available, how much is available, and how much needs to be purchased), · Preparation and assembly of poke bowls, · Numerical tracking (kg) of losses and waste, · Food labeling and storage, · Washing of dishes and kitchen utensils, · Proper hygiene and handling of utensils, · Quality inspection of all food items, · Cleaning of utensils, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning. · Compliance with internal policies and franchise rules, · Assistance in preparing staff meals, · Assistance in setting up the condiment station (sink line), · Assistance in restocking ingredients (at the condiment station) during business hours, · Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen utensils, · Monitoring oil quality and usability for frying, · Labeling food items and any preparations with expiration dates and dates of manipulation/portioning, · Proper hygiene and handling of utensils and equipment, · Ensuring correct handling of kitchen electrical utensils and equipment to prevent damage caused by misuse, lack of skill, or negligence. · Compliance with ANVISA laws and regulations.
