**Main Responsibilities:**
A School Building Maintenance Official is responsible for ensuring the school's physical environment remains safe, clean, and well-maintained, contributing to the well-being and safety of children and staff.
Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair services for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, masonry, painting, and gardening systems, ensuring all are in proper working condition.
**Structural Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Cleaning and Preservation, Materials Management, and Event Support**
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract
Compensation: Starting from R$2.700,00 per month
