




Control the access of employees, service providers, and visitors by registering them in the system, drafting reports, and ensuring the organization of the department. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Ensure personnel safety, guaranteeing a safe and efficient work environment; * Record entries and exits of individuals, maintaining accurate records of who is present on the premises at any given time; * Examine identification documents, badges, or other identification means to verify authorization for entry; * Coordinate with occupational safety teams to integrate third-party companies; * Maintain effective communication with the security team, staff, and visitors to ensure appropriate information flow regarding security matters and procedures; * Prepare daily or incident-based reports on access control activities, security incidents, and other relevant information for security management; * Control physical access to the facilities, ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted entry; * Perform other related tasks within the department as requested by the immediate supervisor; * Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Conduct truck checkouts, validating the loading process by inspecting hatches and seals to confirm compliance with internal procedures; * In case of any incident, promptly attend the site to monitor the situation and subsequently issue an incident report, followed by sharing it with all involved parties in the area; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education.
