Job Summary: Responsible for receiving and inspecting fuel deliveries, managing inventory, refueling vehicles, and assisting drivers, in compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of internal controls and driver assistance **Job Responsibilities** * Receive diesel and AdBlue deliveries as required; conduct sample analyses to ensure product quality; sign and forward invoices to the responsible department; monitor inventory levels and request replenishment; * Refuel trucks as needed, strictly following established procedures, and record each refueling operation; * Maintain up-to-date internal area controls, including structural checklists, pump calibration records, fuel quality analyses, and fuel station maintenance tracking; * Register drivers in the system and keep operational data updated; * Assist drivers with vehicle maneuvering and perform pending-item checklists for mobilization vehicles (new vehicles); * Comply with all safety rules and procedures, especially those concerning vehicle movement and parking within the yard. **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred); * Experience in fuel refueling operations (preferred); * NR20, NR35, NR06 certifications (preferred).
