**Description:** Meet clients' needs by providing direct nursing care under the supervision of Nurses and Nursing Technicians, aiming for high-quality and humanized care; Assist the Nurse during client admissions, including bed identification routines, checking identification bracelets, and risk management; Accompany the Nurse during client anamnesis and physical exams, performing nursing prescriptions and SAE; Assist the Nurse during procedures when necessary, such as catheterizations, medication administration, intubation, etc.; Collect biological samples according to medical prescriptions, register entry/exit in the system, and send samples to the Laboratory, under the Nurse's supervision; Check emergency equipment (CPCR, defibrillator, laryngoscope, etc.), recording in standard forms; Accompany the Nurse during bed rounds, verifying labels, expiration dates of infusion sets and access points, updating prescriptions and SAE, and communicating relevant tasks to the Technician responsible for the bay, according to standard procedures, among other routines.
