Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and executing tactical operational actions, sizing resources, managing payments and revenues, and administering performance indicators. Analysis and administration of freight payments and receipts * Plan and execute tactical actions to ensure planned operational performance in accordance with company policies, tax regulations, and standards; * Size resources and manage registrations, issuance of fiscal documents, route planning, cargo offers, service order release, monitoring, and risk management; * Analyze, audit, and administer freight payments and receipts as well as operational expenses; * Manage performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of departmental targets. Conduct weekly results meetings and develop action plans to mitigate anomalies; * Performance indicators (KPIs): "Lead Time", "On time", On-time Dispatch, Accountability, Returns, Availability, and other indicators inherent to Transportation activities. REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Specific Technical Competence * Competencies: Initiative, proactivity, results orientation, attention to detail, analytical ability, strong written and verbal communication skills, logical reasoning.
