




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring customer service, managing the customer relationship system, controlling vehicle appointment scheduling and key management, and performing administrative tasks at the dealership. Administrative and operational support at dealership RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure prompt customer service by directing customers to Vehicle Sales Representatives or the appropriate department, and providing support during waiting periods. Manage the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including customer data entry and updates, as well as controlling the service order of Vehicle Sales Representatives. Answer PBX calls and route them appropriately, manage customer appointments and visits, and create fair service schedules distributed evenly among sales representatives. Responsible for controlling test-drive, used, and showroom vehicle keys; requisition office supplies; manage the dealership environment, including receiving packages and mail; Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management.
