We are seeking a Receptionist to work on the front line of customer service, contributing to a welcoming and organized experience for clients, partners, and employees. Main Responsibilities * Perform in-person and telephone customer service, directing clients and visitors; * Greet partners, suppliers, and employees; * Schedule meeting agendas and support management of service rooms; * Assist with simple administrative tasks and organize the reception area; * Receive and route mail and deliveries. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles; * Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational skills and courteous service attitude; * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office**. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in service-oriented companies or corporate environments; * Aptitude for public interaction and administrative routines.
