Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, relationship management, key control, dealership organization, and general administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse responsibilities ensuring a dynamic work environment RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure prompt customer service by directing customers to Vehicle Sales Representatives or the appropriate department, and providing support during waiting periods. Manage the dealership's Customer Relationship Management system, including customer data entry and updates, as well as controlling the service order for Vehicle Sales Representatives. Answer PBX calls and route them appropriately; manage customer appointments and visits; and create fair service schedules distributed evenly among sales representatives. Oversee vehicle keys for test drives, used vehicles, and showroom units; handle material requisitions; manage the dealership environment—including receiving packages and mail. Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management.
