Mais Lar is a company specialized in housing solutions, offering services that facilitate the purchase, sale, and rental of real estate. **Responsibilities:** Analyze supplementary projects. Hire suppliers and discuss service deadlines and phases. Monitor the submission of supplementary projects. Conduct studies on project and cost improvements. Seek project optimization. Maintain relationships with construction sites and executive projects to ensure smooth execution of contracted projects. Perform other related duties. Previous experience as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Specialist, or Project Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
