Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the replacement purchasing process, from quotation and order tracking to supplier management and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. We value respect, well-being, and continuous development of our teams, fostering a solid professional environment committed to results. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the replacement purchasing process through quotations, purchase maps, comparative analyses, and order tracking. * Issue, update, and track purchase orders in the system. * Register invoices, ensuring accurate validation of fiscal and commercial information. * Monitor delivery deadlines and coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed terms. * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product databases. * Develop and update controls, spreadsheets, and reports in Excel to support procurement management. * Identify new suppliers. * Organize documents and support standardization and continuous improvement of departmental routines. **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Proven experience in procurement * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency * Knowledge of tax regulations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with the Sankhya system **What We Offer** * Salary: R$ 3,000.00 * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Meal allowance/food voucher * Health insurance (after 3 months) * Dental insurance * Gympass * Bonus * Life insurance * University partnership program **Working Hours** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
