They will conduct failure analysis, diagnose problems, and execute repairs, adhering to established technical standards and quality requirements. **Education:** Technical qualification in Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or related fields, registered with CFT. **Skills:** Proficiency with technology; Communication; Organization; Proactivity; Teamwork; Willingness to learn **Responsibilities:** * Perform installation and periodic maintenance based on maintenance plans, as well as corrective maintenance on laboratory equipment; * Accurately complete work orders via CMMS to support equipment reliability data; * Supervise third-party companies during installation and commissioning of new equipment, as well as periodic maintenance of utility systems and specialized laboratory equipment; * Collaborate with other departments to analyze failures and propose action plans that mitigate or eliminate root causes, ensuring process safety and continuity. Adhere to established technical standards and quality requirements; * Support improvement projects for maintenance processes and maintained assets. **Requirements:** * Industrial maintenance experience; * Experience in pharmaceutical or similar industries is desirable; * Knowledge of motor-pump assemblies; * Knowledge of pulley/belt transmission; * Knowledge of electric motors; * Knowledge of pneumatic systems; * Knowledge of NR-13 Class V equipment (low risk); * Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, etc.; * Knowledge of maintenance software. * NR-10 certification **Benefits** * Meal Allowance: BRL 23.00/day * Transportation Allowance / Fuel Assistance * UsiSaúde Health Plan (no monthly fee, only co-payment) * Dental Plan (optional) * SESC Agreement * Araújo Pharmacy Agreement * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday Work model: On-site / CLT Compensation: BRL 3,500.00 – BRL 3,800.00 per month Work location: On-site
