**We are looking for talented individuals to work as a PCP Assistant in São José da Lapa – MG.** **The PCP Assistant plays a critical role in supporting production planning, production control, and inventory management activities. The primary objective is to ensure adherence to production schedules while preventing stockouts and overproduction.** **Responsibilities and duties:** **Support production planning and scheduling.** **Maintain organization of documents and Excel spreadsheets.** **Ensure effective management of raw material and supply inventory.** **Work with ERP systems or production management software.** **Monitor and record Production Orders (POs).** **Assist in basic analysis of production KPIs and schedules.** **Requirements and qualifications:** **Preferred: prior experience in the cosmetics, chemical, or pharmaceutical sectors.** **Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Production, or Production Engineering (currently pursuing or completed).** **Experience in production planning and scheduling, inventory and materials control, monitoring and recording of production orders, and working with ERP systems or production management software (desirable).** **Location and working hours:** **São José da Lapa; Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** **Work mode: On-site.** **Fixed salary + benefits.**
