We are seeking an **Integrated Security Agent** responsible for centralizing operations triggered by airport emergencies, unlawful interference acts, or any other anomalies, with the objective of initiating appropriate responses and supporting the management of each situation to minimize their impact on users at Belo Horizonte International Airport.

* Support the implementation of procedures related to civil aviation protection measures and crisis management against unlawful interference acts, through execution of activation flows defined in the Airport Security Program – PSA;
* Activate the airport emergency response system by executing activation flows specified in the Emergency Plan – PLEM and Aircraft Removal and Runway Reopening Plan – PRAI;
* Disseminate information to stakeholders comprising the Risk Assessment Advisory – AAR and the Emergency Commission, through execution of activation flows defined in the Airport Security Program – PSA and Emergency Plan – PLEM;
* Ensure availability of necessary resources for incident response via internal or external activations as specified in PLEM, PRAI, and/or PSA, establishing immediate and secure communication with entities involved in emergency planning and response activities, while also supporting coordination tasks;
* Update the Airport Security Program – PSA, Emergency Plan – PLEM, and Aircraft Removal and Runway Reopening Plan – PRAI by verifying and updating programs, plans, and contact details of intervening agencies;
* Record relevant data from activations and simulations conducted at the airport by entering information into the Sector’s dedicated system, observing required information flows for stakeholders to support preparation of critical analysis reports;
* Support exercises: Unlawful Aircraft Seizure Simulation – ESAIA; Bomb Threat Simulation – ESAB; and Airport Emergency Simulation – ESEA, by adhering to the annual exercise plan;
* Maintain recordings and collect relevant evidence of interest to BH Airport and other agencies by backing up data onto dedicated storage units and/or external media;
* Monitor the development of emergencies and threats to the airport system via camera surveillance of involved actors, specifically focusing on the event location or threatened area;
* Interact with Safety, Security, and other areas and intervening agencies during crisis, airport, and aeronautical emergency management processes using available tools at the Emergency Operations Center – COE;
* Coordinate, monitor, and document drills and training sessions for Aerodrome Firefighters and Medical Teams, as specified in activity calendars and in compliance with applicable regulations.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education;
* Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
* Brazilian Civil Aviation Regulation 153;
* Brazilian Civil Aviation Regulation 107\.
* **Availability to work on rotating shifts;**
* **Flexibility regarding working hours.**
**Technical Skills and Knowledge (Preferred):**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
* Power Apps;
* Power BI;
* Civil Firefighter certification;
* Advantage: Experience in airports.
