Contribution of technical and creative solutions **Job Description and Responsibilities:** Company is seeking a professional to work on architectural project development, with technical focus and participation in significant projects. **Responsibilities:** Develop architectural projects Prepare technical drawings for approval by public authorities Work with urban legislation and technical standards Participate in project review and detailing Contribute technical and creative solutions **Mandatory Requirements:** **Requirements:** Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning Experience in project development (internship or professional experience) Knowledge of urban legislation **Proficiency in:** AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Microsoft Office Suite **Preferred Qualifications:** **Experience with vertical projects (e.g.:** My House My Life) Experience with municipal project approvals Differentiating Profile Attention to detail Strong analytical and interpretive skills Organization and technical focus Ability to work effectively in teams Creativity combined with precision Work Model **Format:** Associate (not CLT) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 100% in-person work in Belo Horizonte (BH) Salary commensurate with market standards and professional experience Unimed health plan (co-payment) Profit-sharing (10% annually) **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
