Job Summary: A professional responsible for general household maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, gardening, and vehicle care, as well as organization and reporting of issues. Key Highlights: 1. Electrical, plumbing, and gardening maintenance 2. Vehicle care and cleaning 3. Inventory control and organization LIVE ON-SITE (EMPLOYMENT EXTENDS TO SPOUSE) \- Electrical system maintenance; \- House maintenance (sanitary installations, electrical systems, kitchen, bedrooms); \_ Vehicle care for the household (cleaning); \_ Report any maintenance-related issues to managers; \_ Inventory control of the supply closet; \_ Plumbing repairs and gardening; \_ Keep the premises clean and organized; \_ Other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
