Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, agile, and organized professional to handle customer service, create customized artwork, and process orders. Key Highlights: 1. Create customized artwork using CorelDRAW and AI for image generation. 2. Serve customers online and via the Shopee system efficiently and courteously. 3. Collaborate in a dynamic and creative work environment. ***Position is open only to candidates residing in the Venda Nova / Pampulha region*** **About the position:** We are seeking a creative, agile, and organized professional to handle customer service, create customized artwork, and process orders in our internal system. **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers online and via the **Shopee** system efficiently and courteously; * Create customized artwork per order using CorelDRAW; * Send artwork to customers for approval; * Register customers and orders in our internal system; * Ensure accurate customization of each item prior to production; **Requirements:** * Proven experience with **CorelDRAW;** * Familiarity with **AI for generating customized images** preferred.
