




**Job Description:** **Summary Description:** Responsible for preparing blow molding machines under supervision to ensure bottle manufacturing complies with established standards. **Detailed Responsibilities:** Adjust and regulate blow molding machines under supervision, performing mechanical adjustments and parameter adjustments on the HMI, following procedures and work instructions. Perform mold changes for bottles under supervision, according to instructions from the Machine Preparer. Lubricate machines and perform minor adjustments as specified in work instructions and under supervision of the Machine Preparer. Record all process anomalies in internal forms, reporting incidents and corrective actions taken. Continuously verify proper operation of blow molding machines. Monitor packaging quality and record all evidence (conformities and non-conformities) in internal control systems. Perform equipment checklists and document completion of this process in internal control systems. Brief the incoming shift operator on machine production status. Carry out activities to ensure product quality in accordance with work instructions for manufactured products. Immediately inform the immediate supervisor or other departments of any adverse situations related to production, equipment, personnel, or environment that may affect the product. Act in accordance with the UAUIngleza Code of Ethics and Conduct, adhering to defined principles, ethical values, and behavioral rules. Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues at the start of each shift and attend training sessions regarding construction phases, becoming familiar with risk aspects and conditions, correct use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), and gaining awareness of daily and/or weekly scheduled tasks—aimed at preventing accidents and unsafe conditions. Carry out activities in accordance with service instructions and priorities, complying with regulations, procedures, safety, environmental, quality, and social responsibility requirements. Maintain a clean and organized workplace, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal usage conditions and uphold occupational health and environmental standards. Carry out activities described in Autonomous Maintenance. Perform cleaning and autonomous maintenance (adjustments, lubrication, cleaning) on equipment whenever it is not scheduled for production. Identify and eliminate sources of contamination and improve accessibility to hard-to-reach areas. Implement and promote 5S routines, identify anomalies and initiate label reports, analyze breakdowns and failures, and create LUPs (Local Update Procedures) when necessary. Conduct technical inspections and deterioration assessments, adopting preventive measures.
