Job Summary: The professional will guide, plan, and train the team, as well as perform comprehensive inventory management, including control, optimization, inventory audits, and material logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Team management and leadership. 2. Inventory control and optimization of materials. 3. Monitoring and administration of material requisitions. 1. Guide and monitor work execution 2. Plan team work and assign tasks 3. Train the team 4. Control material inventory 5. Monitor material expiration dates 6. Request inventory replenishment 7. Conduct inventory audits 8. Administer / monitor fulfillment and processing of material requisitions 9. Control inventory levels and optimize material storage 10. Ensure appropriate packaging and handling for material preservation 11. Supervise implementation of the FIFO method 12. Request purchases to replenish auxiliary material inventory and request replenishment of materials to the administrative unit 13. Instruct staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment 14. Issue invoices 15. Transport goods by truck 16. Perform warehouse inspections 17. Weigh controlled raw materials upon receipt 18. Comply with procedures related to their role 19. Report any anomalies encountered during task execution to their immediate supervisor Other duties as assigned by management.
