Identifies process improvements to meet deadlines and quality requirements LOGISTICS CAREER OPPORTUNITY Position: *Transportation Coordinator* Responsibilities: Coordinates transportation operations including cargo loading, transshipment, and unloading; monitors transportation and distribution performance; develops KPIs; identifies process improvements to meet service deadlines and quality standards; controls financial resources and supplies; prepares documentation required for cargo unloading and customer service; researches transportation service pricing; identifies and plans routes; and reports on transportation and cargo conditions. Provides customer support and assistance in cases of returns, losses, or damages.
